New features in Earth Village Dictionary version 1.2:

1. Supporting both of GB code and Big5 code. you can convert the current code to either of these two codes as you need.
2. A multi- text converter renewed in EVDICT can not only convert codes between GB code and Big5 code, but also translate text from English to Chinese providing an English-Chinese comparison table .
3. Providing a useful functional menu on the Prompting Toolbar,which will pop up only when you click the right button of the mouse on the "nail" button. The main functional switches of EVDICT are collected on it.
4. Supporting both of Chinese and English users' working enviornments.
5. Providing a function of translating each part of network domain name identified by period (.) . This can help users to understand the meaning of each part of the domain name in brief format.

The renewed operating interface will be more friendly than the old one. and more easy and convenient to operate. its work is really beyond its value.
